This beautiful and bright shared room (two in a room)  measures over 156  sq. ft  total with an attached modern full bath with a roll in shower and comes  with very nice a large walk in closet. 

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• 24 hour supervision
• Able to provide complex care as Care Provider is an Advanced Practice RN
• Meals: nutritious home cooked meals 3  times a day and snacks.  Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.
• Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
• Medication Management
• Monitoring Vital Signs
• Exercise: Offered daily and as needed;  per doctor’s instructions
• Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
• Laundry
• Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
