This Adult Foster Home is located in Kalihi. Conveniently located near freeway and only minutes to Queens Medical Center-Punchbowl. This private room is both beautiful and bright. It comes with a hospital bed, TV, and wi-fi. Has a ceiling fan to cool room. Meals: 3 meals per day plus snacks. Specializes in local food. Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions Transportation: Provided to doctor’s appointments
Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
Laundry: Provided by caregiver
