Each of the 11 boutique care homes in Manoa and Kaimuki were architectural-designed, and include eight large bedrooms, with full connecting private baths. Two 24/7 live-in nurses and four nurse assistants in each home provide personal and professional care.

Modern + Traditional
High ceilings, large windows and classic furnishings set Manoa Senior Care apart. Each resident has their own private bedroom and adjoining full bathroom located on the first floor. The spacious living and dining areas are comfortable and easily accessible, for privacy or therapeutic activities and socializing. The same-level porches provide sun and fresh air without leaving the house.

We Make Caring Personal
Two live-in nurses and a staff of four nurse aides provide 24-hour care for eight residents. The ratio of staff-to-resident assures personal, attentive care. Fresh-cooked meals are planned for individual nutritional needs. Transportation to doctor appointments, medication management and personal care are tailored for each resident.

Manoa Cottage is a small, locally owned and operated family company, located near the heart of Honolulu. Each of our three cottages house up to eight residents in a familiar, home-like setting, surrounding a central courtyard, garden, and koi pond. Our compassionate staff provides 24/7 care and assistance with activities of daily living, and our on-site nurse manager works with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure proper care for each individuals’ needs.

Manoa Cottage accepts residents with a wide range of care needs; from fully ambulatory (Assisted Living Level) to Intermediate Care (Nursing Home Level). Our staff works with the residents’ doctors, physical therapists, speech therapists, registered dietitians, and hospice to provide the best possible care. We also encourage and support “aging in place”, so our residents can remain at Manoa Cottage, or transfer to our sister facility, Manoa Cottage Kaimuki, for advanced skilled-nursing needs.

This Adult Residential Care Home is located in  Hawaii Kai. This home has mountain views of Kuliouou and only minutes to the beach, shopping and clinics.  Easily accessible and conveniently located near  Kalaniana’ole Highway.

This home is renovated with modern amenities and furnishings, it  has two living room spaces for residents to enjoy, and also a very nice backyard with a collection of bonsai trees. A lanai is currently being created for the residents so they can enjoy sitting outdoors overlooking mountain views.

The private rooms are bright and inviting with beautiful Hawaiian quilt beddings and Island style decor. There is also a family cat who is   a very friendly, and has a sweet demeanor.

This beautiful custom built Expanded Adult Residential Care Home is located in Hawaii Kai. Shopping center is minutes away.  This private room is large, comfortable and comes with mountain view. This room also has it’s own private full bath.

This home comes with an additional full bath with wheel in shower.

This stunning and charming  Expanded Adult Residential Care Home  is located in Kaimuki. This home is close to all major hospitals and shopping malls. It has  a large private, lush yard with a pathway for residents to  walk  and cooled from shade provided by large mango trees. It has a spacious living room and dining area with large windows that bring in natural light to the entire home. The large windows also allow the residents to be able to see the beautiful yard from inside. The private room is large and  has an attached large full bathroom with roll-in shower. Generous parking at the front of home.

This care home has a live-in caregiver and generous staffing during the day, there are two CNA’s from 6am-1pm daily.
