This Adult Foster home is located in sunny Ewa Beach. Only minutes from beach and eateries. Minutes to Queens Medical Center -West. The private room is charming and comes furnished with a hospital bed, T.V., A/C, night stand and lamp.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

24 hour supervision
Meals: Home cooked meals 3 times a day and snacks. Per client’s preferences & dietary restrictions.
Specializes in Asian and American food , per client’s preferences
Activities of Daily living: assistance with feeding, walking, transfers, bathing, toileting/incontinence care
Medication Management
Exercise: Offered daily and as needed; per doctor’s instructions
Activities: Individualized per client’s preferences
Laundry
Transportation: Caregiver may provide free transportation as part of their service to doctor’s appointments for client’s able to transfer in and out of car. For clients requiring more assistance, caregiver can arrange for private transport which generally is an out of pocket expense for families/clients.
